City Beautification/Waste Awareness
January 18, 2019
Gautier, Mississippi
For Pi Epsilon's Honors In Action project related to the Health of the Gulf, a fellowship/service project was performed to counter the trash in local communities. The collaboration with the City of Gautier allowed us to "beautify" event trashcans to
intrigue civilians to throw away garbage in a proper manner rather than littering, which leads to human pollution into our gulf waters.
Head leaders in the project included Hannah Pilkington and Melissa Rouse with assistance from Katelyn Scott and other PTK members. #PTKService

Involvement Fair
January 16, 2019
Gautier, Mississippi
The best way to start the Spring semester is to get students involved and motivated.
Located in the Warner Peterson Administration building, the involvement fair included various clubs and organizations, such as Phi Theta Kappa and Honors College. Chapter Officers and members recruited and informed eligible students the benefits of Ph Theta Kappa and how to begin participating in service and fellowship events.
Featured is PTK Officer Will Crider and PTK member Garrett Dobson practicing their communication skills with "surprised" table visitor Jacob Hughes.
